All amateur MMA bouts will be scheduled for three 3-minute rounds. Unified rules will be followed with the following exceptions: no striking the head with the elbow or knee (standing or grounded)
All bouts will be supervised by an experienced MMA referee. Fighter's safety is our #1 concern. Gloves will be provided. All fighters must wear a mouth guard and groin protection.
